Let's build rockets! Join us for out of this world fun with COSI! We are excited to partner with COSI for a special COSI Connects 2 You rocket building program, launch, and show for kids grades K-5 at Westland Area Library. The fun starts August 5 and is completely free, made possible by a grant received by COSI from the City of Columbus. Find out more below.
- Come build your own rocket and enjoy space fun with us any day next week at Westland, Monday-Friday, August 5-9, from 2-4 p.m. each day. All supplies will be provided by COSI. Leave your completed rocket with us until the big launch on August 13.
- Join us and COSI at Carl Frye Park (318 Darbyhurst Road) on Tuesday, August 13 at 1:30 p.m. to launch the rockets you made and enjoy a space live show presented by COSI. Your rockets will go about 25-30 feet in the air!
- Elementary school-age participants will receive a COSI Space Learning Kit while supplies last to continue the fun and learning at home. *LIMITED QUANTITY* One box per elementary school-age child. Child must be present to receive box.
